Metz Homes Ltd. is a father-son partnership that was
formed in 1988 and has developed an excellent reputation for quality,
value and customer service in Dufferin County.
Metz Homes has successfully completed over 100 residential
homes and several commercial buildings, most notably acting as project
managers on the $2 million restoration of Shelburne’s Town Hall. In the
new millennium, Metz Homes Ltd.’s focus is building quality customer
homes – both rural and on their lots in various Shelburne
neighbourhoods.
Ted Metz is an architectural technologist with over 30
years of design experience. This allows Metz Homes to “customer” design
houses and easily modify plans to create the perfect home for our
customers.
Metz Homes Ltd. has an experienced group of local
sub-contractors that complement our in-house staff in completing
projects with a high quality of workmanship while adhering to
predetermined schedules.
